Returns & Exchanges

At DITTO, we want you to love what you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original DITTO packaging and include all original tags and the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
